Well, I had a LIve chat with Simon from customer support and got a sarcastic solution....told me to simply install version 1.2 of zen cart if I want to use the old template.
Is unbelievable still in 2006 we have such nasty "Customer Support help". I didn't even asked for my money back, I just wanted a WORKING template so I can FINALLY setup my store and keep on.
No future for this kind of business that prefers to sell once and lost customers by not doing what they should... no brains....
My last try, T sent to supervisor an email explaining all...
But I think my $177 went to hell......
I won't forget.....
