Some One Please Help Me!!!!!!

I have just started useing the Zen Cart program and it has many of the options that I need and I have edited a lot. However I can not figure out how to change the "simple" things, like the title on the opening page.
If anyone can PLEASE help me I would be very VERY grateful.

Which "title" are you talking about?

The title on the Home page that says "Sales message Goes Here". That title. I don't know how to change that.

I do not know how to access the address line that they list. I do not know how to get to them. I am hosted by another site and the program is loaded on their system. If you could please tell me who to get to the includes/languages/ENGLISH/CUSTOM/header.php page that would be SOOOOOOOO helpful. Thanks

You should really have a local copy of Zen Cart on your computer. Download the latest version Here

Then making the edits is very easy.

You should also get an FTP client software program then uploading your changes is also easy. I use Filezilla but there are other free toolshttp://www.zen-cart.com/wiki/index.php/Useful_Tools you could use.

you will have to access the file by FTP since it hosted remotely. Use filezilla.

I now have Zen Cart on my computer and can find the files that I needed to edit. .... But I can't open them because they are PHP extentions. What program can I use to open them?

I use crimson editor. I hear some use notepad++

Ok now I have ZenCart, Filezilla, and Crimson Editor. So now I can edit the text that is in the PHP files. But I have no idea what I am doing. I know nothing of code. I there a progam that will let me edit the file in the same way that MS Word works? Like changing the text size, the font, or color, or let me get rid of links? Or am I like was I was with the last program, screwed? Thanks again for all the help I really need it.
