Product Listing Grid Layout Mod need help

Can some help. I'm using the grid layout mod, but on 1 of my pages I want to hv items by row not column. I not good in PHP and need assistance how I can achieve this.

While nothing is impossible, this one will be a challenge...as it is not controlled through styles but more through the DB and code. It would require a sequence of if statements to determine if the page you want as rows is the one being assembled.
