Customizing Featured Products

Is there a way to set it so that the featured products works for ALL the categories, instead of just the ones that the products you pick are from? Like.. I pick a couple of butterfly necklaces, and I want them to show up on all the pages, not just the Butterfly category.

You would have to recode the logic for this ...

Currently all the information is managed based on the subcategories when a category is selected ... you want to go further than that ...
