Article 142, "How do I create a new Custom Template?" tells me that there are several steps to creating a custom template, including defining the name of the CUSTOM template.

Article 127, "How do I change the "Sales Message Goes Here" or "Tagline Here" text?", doesn't say anything about setting up a CUSTOM template first.

I'm getting the idea that Article 142 needs to be followed before Article 127 will work. Maybe Article 127 needs revision.
