Two customers placed orders since my upgrade. One order worked. The other allowed a payment of $80 through paypal which worked, but zencart didn't email me an order. The customer does have a profile set up on Zencart, but his profile lists his orders at zero, there is no record of the order that I can find. The paypal receipt I was sent, which usually lists the order as well, only says "HeatherWatts.com Purchase."
Is there a backup record of the order somewhere? It was obviously created, as the payment was taken, and I happened to by in my zencart when the order was being placed, and saw the shopping cart in the "who's online" section. Unless there's a backup, I'm in the position of now having to email my customer, apologize, and ask them to go back through the site and remember what they ordered. I'm also afraid I will have more problematic errors with orders I'm expecting this week. Please help fast!! This whole upgrade has been an expensive nightmare sofar. how often does ZenCart put out upgrades like this?
