Default 2Checkout Module - Help Please

    Error Message on 2CO site:

    Parameter Error
Incorrect parameters were supplied, therefore this purchase cannot begin.
    -------------------

    1) I ran the sql update through ZenCart and the table is correctly named.
    2) I have a test product loaded on my site and in 2CO
    3) I have the approved & pending passback urls set to http://www.{mysite.com}/catalog/process_2checkout.php
    4) I have redownloaded the module and reinstalled it twice in case the files were corrupted.

    Can anyone help?

    From the 2CO website

Upon initial review of your account, we have found the following issue(s) that may restrict your ability to accept sales. It is vitally important that you thoroughly read ALL of the information in order to eliminate delays to your service. If your account has been restricted for these reasons, any purchase or test purchase attempts will return a PARAMETER error:

The Contact information section of your account pages, including Site description, product description, identification number and type and your date of birth must be completed. 2CO is required to have this information on file in order to send payments to you. While this lack of details will not immediately affect your ability to sell, it is important that we have the information on file as soon as possible. Please complete this section of your account as soon as possible and notify us at the email address provided below.

Additionally, your website has been found to be non-compliant in the manner in which you display credit card logo’s and/or represent the relationship between your business and 2CO. The Credit Card Associations and 2CO's upstream provider specifically require that 2CO be defined as a reseller or retailer for your company on your website and not a payment processor. While these issues will not immediately affect your ability to sell, it is important that your site meet the terms of service requirements as soon as possible. A simple footnote or a one-liner, prior to the checkout page stating, "2Checkout.com, Inc. is an authorized reseller (or retailer) of <your company name here>" will suffice, provided there are no other credit card logo or site language issues. Further information in regards to our site language requirements can be found at http://sellers.2checkout.com/language_guidelines.html

All contact info, EIN # and birthdate, are completed at 2CO, and proper 'authorized retailer' language is displayed. Any other ideas before I have to deal with 2Checkout's frustrating tech support?

I have also added some text next to the 2co payment ( with link )option with an image of the cards they accept. There is an explination that they will enter their card information at 2co and then return to our site to finalize their order.

There is also an image at in the footer with the wording 2CheckOut Verified. Then in the e-mail that is sent out it explains that if they paid with 2co their billing statement will have 2check out on the charge.

I guess there has been some confusion from customers getting billed from 2co and them not knowing why.
