Favicon appears only when logged in.

I have added my favicon to the root directory as explained in other threads and FAQs.

Using IE6 and having put in my favorites my site www.poolpresent.com my favicon does appear ok in the Home page.

However, using IE7, the favicon only appears when I am logged in as a customer in my site. When I am not logged in, the favicon does not appear - even if the site is in my favorites.

Is there any other directory that the favicon needs to be placed, other than the root?

I see you got your favicon working outside of the logging in. How did you do it?
