products price manager don't work. I see only a white page.
and then nothing happens. what can I do?

Try reloading the files in the /admin
Sounds like you have a bad upload of a file or files ... this will usually result in the white page ...Linda McGrath

Check again ...
What version php?
What version Zen Cart?
If you have not changed/customized any files in the /admin
Rename the /admin to /admin_old
Reload all files for the /admin
Copy the file:
/admin_old/includes/configure.php
To the file:
/admin/includes/configure.php
See if maybe there was a permission issue or something involved here causing this problem ...Linda McGrath
