Default Editing Customer address not reflected in Orders...

Some of my customers entered their address data incorrectly so in Admin/Customers I corrected the mistakes... However, when I look at the Admin/Orders there is no change in the address info, even after reloading the browser etc.

How can I get the address on the Order page to update?

    Thanks in advance!

Once an order has been completed, the address information for that order is stored in the orders table in the database.

Changing the customer's address in admin won't change the address(es) on the order already completed, but the new address will show up on future (new) orders by that customer.

If you want to change the address on the existing order you'll need to edit the order in the database.

Thanks for getting back to me and explaining the situation. Appreciate that...

Well, editing the database seems to be rather complex so I will leave things as they are...

The other option is to install Super Orders v1.3 - it comes with the Edit Orders contribution so you can change it around. 2.0 currently does not have it but it is being implemented.

However, the Edit Orders module is not perfect and does bug out, specifically when you have a name with an ' or a slash in it - it will not let you save the edits

Thank you for that excellent tip...

As my site is a two language site (English & Japanese) I guess it would be best to test it on a test site first...

I will now keep an eye on Super Orders and when it seems stable and has the feature I am after implements I will definitely give it a try.

    Once again, thanks!
