Adding Files to Attributes

Ok, I have done this before and had no problems but now after doing the update I can't add a file to attributes for my products.

I need to add a Size Chart File for this product:
http://brodiegirl.com/index.php?main...roducts_id=402 , just like I have a Font chart here:
http://brodiegirl.com/index.php?main...products_id=91

I can't figure out what I'm doing any differently than I did before, yet it's not working this time.
