Orders status incorrect

Hi,

I am testing out our new store using 1.3.6 and I have my free downloads (using freecharger) set to an order status of "delivered" and the paid downloads (using paypal) set to "processing" so I can differentiate in my reports ect.

However when I am using the freecharger for the free products the order status is still showing processing rather than delivered.

Can't seem to figure out why.

Sorry to bump this up but I am still unable to get this resolved on my own. Does anyone have an idea or suggestion as to what could be my problem.

You are using v1.3.6?

Clean install or an upgrade? If an upgrade, from what version and how did you upgrade?

Have you an URL that we can look at your Product where this is happening?

Go to the Payment modules ...

Jot down your settings for all payment modules in NotePad ...

Remove, Install and confgure them ...

Note: I prefer to do this with all Payment, Shipping and Order Total modules to ensure all changes and updates are current ...

Removed them all and reinstalled them but no change. Other ideas?

And you are testing New Orders after these changes and not looking at Old Orders ... correct?

Yes, they are new order tests

Go to phpMyAdmin and browse the table for: orders_status

What do you see in there?
