Time Out on Admin Categorie/Products Page

I dont know why but since yesterday every time i want to go to my product listing it seems to time out.

With the G-zip it will just show the common "Page cannot be displayed" screen.

Without the G-zip it will show the top bar but after a while it says its done but i only see the legend without any products or cats.

There was a problem with the cache in the sql db and i made some changes while the problem was there but they didnt seem to do anything.
Maybe this couses the prob (the db cache is now fixed with the fix_cache_key file)?

b.t.w. i can see the specials page with all products nicely in line

Fixed, the shop was as good as empty so i ran a install over it and it all got fixed.
