    Default error message -- "not shipping to your region"

    My eProducts are working fine, but everytime I try to purchase a "real" product I get this message:


    ----------------------------------------

    Not Available At This Time

    Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time.

    Please contact us for alternate arrangements.

    ----------------------------


    What's going on, and how do I fix it?

    Thanks for any help!

    What zones do you have set on your shipping module(s), and what countries/states do you have in those zones?

    That message usually means you're logged in from a country (or zone) that the shipping module has been told not to allow shipping to.

    Thank you for your prompt response!!
    I checked under Modules/Shipping, and didn't find a place to define zones.
    I checked under Locations/Countries, and U.S. is listed.
    I checked under Locations/Zones, and all of the U.S. states are listed.
    What else do I need to do, and where do I need to do it?

    What shipping modules are you using?

    If you go into admin->modules->shipping and click on the shipping module you have installed, then click the 'edit' button on the module, you will see the zones that are set, if any. If there aren't any zones set for the shipping module(s) they should work with all zones.
