a "view all" option per subcategory alongside the page split pagination

Hi all,

I've searched here for "view all" but that isn't doing the trick, so I apologize if this one has been covered:

Does anyone have advice on how to create a "view all" link for each subcategory (and manufacturer too if possible) that ignores the page split rules? My page split rules display 8 products per page for example, but I'd like a link alongside the pagination links to show all 39 at once too.
