    Default HTML pages & SSL

In the past, I had trouble with hard coded URLS and SSL servers.

For example, If i had an image with the code "http:www.mydomain.com/image.jpg", warning comes up saying "This page contains secure & non secure items".

So with Pages such as Main, contact us, checkout success, if I have a image with html code "http:www.mydomain.com/image.jpg", would I still get the same warning?

If it will, how can I code it, meaning where to place the images and how the code should look like?
