More Flat Rate Shipping Modules?

More Flat Rate Shipping Modules?

Apparently cloning modules is is easy to do, but I've tried following the instructions for creating additional Flat Rate Shipping Modules, and while the new Flat Rate 2 Module is there to install, I get error messages in the Zen Cart Admin when I go to Modules Shipping, so I have to go back to the control panel file system and delete the new files.
I don't suppose someone who knows about PHP scripting can write Flat Rate 2 and Flat Rate 3 Modules (and the Flat Rate 2 and Flat Rate 3 files that go in the languages/english/modules/shipping section), attach them to a post, so us non-programmers can download and install them?
I'm sure this would solve a lot of problems for a lot of people.

Worked it out at last, had to have oneflat.php instead of flatone.php. No idea why.

The flat rate shipping module was developed for exactly that; one shipping rate for the entire target market area. e.g. ' I will ship anywhere in the Continental USA for 5 dollars.
When the target market area or available methods do not fit this model, many people find it easier to use one of the zone shipping modules.
