IE 7 Header Navigation & Footer Problem

on IE 7 I am getting problems. Header Navigation seems to be sanked in to the Header and there seem to be a white strip where the Header Navigation used to be.

Again, samething has happend to the Fotter Navigation and Footer.

Hmm...this new 1.3xx stores have layout problems. With Firefox browser, it's worse.
