Images not being picked up in attibute folder

Hi

I just set up a whole heap of attributes and uploaded the images into the attribute folder which is the default when adding images. For some reason these don't show up on the products page. If I change the path to point to the main directory and upload the images there, they get displayed!!!

How can I get them to display from the attributes folder as I would like to keep my images organised rather than just dump them into the Main Directory folder?

BTW I'm using v1.3.6 - this problem was also happening in 1.2.7.

What permissions do you have set on your attributes folder? It needs to be writable.

Thanks Pixxi - that seemed to do the trick I had write permissions on the images folder but not the attributes - I assumed the sub-folders would inherit those permissions - silly me.

Moral of this: Never assume as it makes an *** out of u and me!!!
