I need to know whether Zencart offers Order Tracking

Hi there,

I have search through the download sites for order tracking. My website deals with MMORPG and my customers would like to know their progress of what they have bought. I am using 1.3.5.

Any help wil be greatly appreciated.

Depends what you mean by order tracking. Customers can see the status of past and present orders in their 'My Account' section. If you mean tracking delivery via Fedex, UPS etc, Ty Package Tracker is in the download section.

I have reviewed a few MMORPG websites and they have "Tracking Order" progress report. Everything is digital and intangible. All they have to do is key in their email address to gain access to their "Progress Report".

It has nothing to do with actual shipping since its online games and all digital. Thanks.

It sounds like all you need to do is keep the order status updated in the admin side and tell them to log in to check their orders.
