Payments received, but orders not registrering

I have now twice received an order from outside UK, where custoemr succesfully completed payemnt via Protx, I received payment confirmation email from Protx, however, the order does not register at ALL in the zencart.

Any idea what could be wrong?

Ok, I have posted before properly doing the search.

But still have no idea what is wrong and why only orders from abroad do that!

did you check your account was properly set up with protx. I had the same prob with paypal, turns out I hadn't confirmed my emal address so the payments were not being properly accepted, thus zencart was not receiving back the correct info and so not able to send on order confirmation, details etc

I've had this happen twice today with protx- so wondering if it's something at the protx end. The store has been operational for several months and only occurred once before in the past.

Prob not that so, my shop is only just starting up, so error obvious and somewhat forgivable (I hope client thinks so anyhoo :) )

The thing is, that this only happens sporadically. Firstly, it was just for non UK customers (other EU), but just now I received an order from UK customer and the same happened. And I did receive other succesful payments via protx today.

I have noticed in protx that success and failure URLs are different in those that fail to come through (I do get the money though) and they are always exactly the same for every single failed confirmation one.

I am not sure it is safe to post the URL here, but I am hoping some ZEN guru will enlighten me :)

Since that is not a built in module, I would suggest a search for Protx and see if there are others that have had similar issues.

For information the updated protx module posted elsewhere shows the order details in the protx email which means that in the event this happens again at least you have details fo the order without having to contact the customer.

I'm guessing that you are talking about Protx Form here as Protx Direct, by its very nature, has no such issues.

This is almost certainly a server/configuration issue on your side so I'd appreciate it if you could send me the details privately and I'll see what I can do to help you. I will need the full URLs and information about your set up.
