I dont have to worry about this at this point of time, but there should be one day I will process order number 1 million, and if I dont do achieve, I think the database will be huge. What is a proper method to achieve, and what is a safe size on the mysql database?

The mysql db is only limited by the disk space available.
When you get to 1,000,000 orders; you will be making so much that you just hire one of us to assist with your DB ...Zen-Venom Get Bitten
