1. Are your customers getting emails?
2. If you place a test order, do you get an email?
3. What version of Zen Cart are you using?
4. When did you last upgrade? from what version?
5. When did emails "last work"?
6. What changed on your server or your hosting company at the time they stopped sending?
7. What is your "email transport" setting in Admin->configuration->Email Options?
8. What version of Apache/IIS are you hosted on ?
