My store needs to charge state sales tax for New York residents only. However, New York has several sales tax rates.... how do I adjust this in Zen Cart....so the people living in one tax zone do not get charged a higher or lower tax depending on what county they live in... I am confused... Thanks.

Location / Taxes > Zone Definitions > New York
Location / Taxes > Tax Classes > Taxable Goods
Location / Taxes > Tax Rates > Taxable Goods, California, 7.75%

Products are set to "Taxable Goods".
