Single Item Per Webpage (no database) How to?

I am building a website that contains multiple products, but each of these products has an individual page.

In other words:

www.abc.com/item1.htm
www.abc.com/item2.htm
etc...

On each page, the user will input quantity, and the form will submit: quantity, sku, and price. At that point, I would like the page to navigate to the cart summary page. The user will then be able to shop more, or complete the purchase.

Is there an easy way to use Zen Cart simply for the shopping cart summary page and bypass the internal product database? What is the best way to adapt Zen Cart to achieve my desired result?

No, there is not an easy way. Zen Cart is designed to be a complete shopping solution not an add to cart button backend.
