filename has not spaces or special characters and just the one period for the extention? no

You see just the filename on the Attribute and the green dot? You do not have this in a subdirectory? yes I see a green dot and no - no subdirectory

What size is the file? from about 25 - 100 mb

You loaded it to /download: yes

You set redirect on if on unix and /pub to 777 - this Im not sure of - since I have a different server - but it is on an pub is set to 777. Maybe I sold try to change this.

If not on unix, redirect is OFF and /pub is 755
