Urgent Help Needed

If I did this:

Did you accidentally overwrite the file:
/admin/includes/configure.php

with the file:
/includes/configure.php

How can I fix it so I can get my cart up and running? I posted in another thread but no one has answered me and my boss is bugging. I'm stumped, lost and in trouble. I need all the help I can get to get this cart up and running ASAP.

You need to edit /admin/includes/configure.php to reflect the correct settings - take a look at your includes/configure.php file and use that as a guide.

YAY!!! Thank you! My admin is back...now I have to figure out why my new template isn't there...

Arghhh! I lost my admin again. All the folders and files are getting muddled up for me. I'm trying to add my text and trying to add my payment pages so I can get the bare bones of the site up. I guess I moved the wrong folder or file and can't figure out which one... Here is the error message I get:

Only change ONE thing at a time and put it into your custom templates not the origional. and always take a local back-up of the file you are about to change so you can put it back when it goes wrong!

I am still struggling with my database - should have listened at uni more than being in the pub LOL

It is missing files now - you are missing the file /includes/languages/english/meta_tags.php and therefore it is erroring. You should try uploading the fileset again.

That's very odd re it being completely missing...I deleted nothing...weird...Thanks! I made a backup but it's missing that file too. Hmmm. Maybe someone's sabotaging me when I go to the restroom. Wouldn't be the first time they were out to get the computer geek!

Have you made custom meta-tags files? I remember I had a problem with those last time I upgraded they screwed everything up

There is an /admin/includes/dist-configure.php which is a "template" of what the admin config file should contain.

Run WinMerge and compare your current file with the template, and re-add the things that are missing.

Is your ZC running on a Windows server or on an Apache server?

There's something funny about these statements:

The forward slashes are for Unix/Linux type file systems, the back slashes are only for Windows file systems. Why are they mixed?

include_path='.;c:\php\pear'

Did you do your initial development on a Windows computer, and then upload to an Apache web server or other such Linux-type environment?
