I need offer free shipping on all my products if they are delivered by sea freight, but occasionally a customer needs an order quickly and pays an additional £150 to have air freight. How can i set my shipping to be free shipping, with an air freight option?

You could add the Free Shipping Option freeoption and set this to total >= 0

This will allow it to run with all of your other shipping options ...

Then change the text in the language file to read as you need it to ...
