I want Easy Populate Advanced! Where do I find it?

I tried the link in langer's sig but in IE it can't display the page and in firefox it tries to download a blank index.php. I also tried going to zencartbuilder.com but couldn't find any link to purchase from there or from modhole.com.

If someone could tell me:
1. how much does it cost?
2. where the heck do I find it?

I'd be so grateful.

Oh Thank you! I saw that site in the support thread and what came up yesterday was something totally different. Completely possible that I'm losing my mind, though ;) Building this site is making me a little wacky.
