Help with Query factory error msg I get in v1.2.7 after making edits

Hi all

I am getting this error, what have I done wrong?

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class queryfactory in /home/useracct/public_html/includes/classes/db/mysql/query_factory.php on line 24

All I was doing was fiddlying with some template files for look and feel and this was only table and div layouts, no big changes and I did change them back to try and rectify but no luck

Not latest version I think just prior to 1.3

OK I have found that it has to be something to do with application_top.php and have commented out that line in the header.php template file and that seems to have fixed it, why would this happen and what other issues may I have created now I have taken the application_top.php commented out as not required?

I did not alter, overwrite or do anything to the application_top.php file.

BTW ZC 1.2.7 is what is being used
