    bug Gmail Tip

If you're using Google's Gmail offering to manage your mail, be aware that recent "improvements" to Gmail seem to be marking legitimate email as spam. It's worth your while to check your spam folder once every few days to be sure a customer email hasn't been misfiled there.

    Good luck,

There's a new feature in gmail that allows you to tell it about other email addresses that are being forwarded to your gmail account. See

Since I've started using this, the amount of incorrectly identified spam has greatly decreased.

Please be aware that using Gmail for business purposes might be against the Gmail TOS. If this is the case, Google may suspend your Gmail account without notice.

But they offer Google hosted email solutions as well if you own a domain (which 99% of the people on here do).. worth checking that out if you like gmail. It has the exact same interface, but instead of ###################### its @yourdomain.com
