Can't find the TURN OFF for additional images

I have looked every where i can't find the turn off for additional images in the new 1.3.6. When i upload a LRG picture it puts it at the bottom. So if i have a MED and LRG there is 2 pictures at the bottom. I have looked all over with no success. I read something about a cache problem but no different answer. Any help would be appreciated.

Show Product Additional Images
Display Additional Images on Product Info 0= off 1= on
