Turn prices in 'new__products_box' off?

Hi,

How/where can I adjust the settings for not showing the produc_price in the 'whats new box'?

In the regular product-listing , all my products are shown without prices, which is correct for me. even in the 'new_products_box on the starting-page the prices are still shown. I have searched at modules/sideboxes/whats_new.php as well in the tpl-.whats_new.php, but unfortunately didn't find any approach. Can somebody help me with this?

There are code settings for this ...

How did you make your site not show prices? Did you set the Customer Details so that a customer must login for prices?

If so, are you using a template that does not follow those rules?

thanks for your reply.

I have configuered my site in this way, that only in the product_listing.ph the prices are not shown (by setting in admin->Product Listing->Display Product Price/Add to Cart to '0'). So the prices are shown in the product_info_display.php but not in the "catalogue" before.

So, I was thinking, that this setting would also influence the appearance (better disappearance) in all other boxes too, i.e. the 'what's New-Box'.

But....

All of the Listings have settings to enable or disable various features ...

In the New Listing turn off the:

Display Product Price
Do you want to display the Product Price

0= off
1st digit Left or Right
2nd and 3rd digit Sort Order
4th digit number of breaks after

Oooops? - I knew, it had to be a tiny little thing in admin - I just haven't found it....
So I changed the settings there, but

Oooops??? no change...

I can't remeber of having changed any code within a 'whats_new'-template, but maybe you can give me an advice, where (or in wich template) the price-appearance is regulated???

If you are trying to change the sidebox or centerbox then you would have to edit those files and comment out or remove the price in your override ...

Do you have an URL of where you are trying to remove this?

At the bottom of the starting-page there is "my" problem. If you compare it to the producht-listings (i.e. cklick 'creative') you will see the picts without prices...

Btw.: Due to german rights of e-commerce I do not want to show the prices in the new-product-box, because if I would do so, another long sentence would have to be added, and this would destroy the layout.....

That is the New Products Centerbox ...

You would need to copy the file:
/includes/modules/new_products.php

to your templates and overrides directory:
/includes/modules/your_template_dir/new_products.php

And customize the $products_price so that it does not display ...
