argh to email logo!!!!

what is going on with my emails????

I have changed to correct files so many times now and no love from the logo, it is still zencart.

Today I created a new test customer and the email sent to may acocunt to inform of a new customer and sent to customer had my name at the copyright info on the bottom with zencart logo.

Then the newsletter sent to this test customer two minutes later has copyright zencart... what is going on?

can someone tell me what I am missing, I have tried everything in all threads to change the b#$^dy logo, but it is still zencart... argh!!!!
I want to open my site, but the newsletter zencart logo is the only thing holding me up

What have you been editing?

The email files are all in /emails and in there is a header.jpg graphic that is the Zencart logo you have to replace this.

If you've already changed the /email/header.jpg file as Kobra mentioned, then your email system has most likely cached the older logo.
Refreshing the email reader and/or flushing your email system's cache should resolve the display problem. You could alternatively test reading the emails from another computer.

yes I have been changing the header.jpg
I think the mail cache is the problem, now just need to work out how to clear it
