add javascript to head of pages

Hi I want to add a bit of javascript to the head of my zen cart pages to control window size. But I can't find where I can add it. Help would be appriciated.

Please note that as a consumer, I do not like sites I visit taking control of my browser and it is the fastest way to make me leave without looking any further. It is NOT recommended from a sales or usability standpoint.

Thanks for your input. And in most cases I would agree with you fully. This site is a bit different. The zen cart is launched from a main site. We want to make it clear that the old site is still there, behind the zen cart. We thought the best way was to make sure it was still slightly visible. Ideally, I would like it to resize once when first opened, than let the user take control of there own browser. But at this point I haven't figuered out if there is a way to do that. The user experience in the zen cart is limited to confirming orders and entering payment information, hopfuly it won't be an issue for most people.
