We have set the buttons to show as css on the shopping cart page, but the button to update the quantity does not change to css like the rest. How can this be fixed?

This is not a bug it was done purposely. The CSS buttons are based on the ALT for the images and there are important instructions in the long ALT for that button.
Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.
