Fedex not responding to installation

Hello.

I have spoken with FedEx and everything is straightened up on the configuration page.

FedEx does not show up as a shipping option.

I need Zen Cart to send the information to the "main frame server" so I can receive a Fed Ex Meter ID Number.

Please let me know what to do next.

If its not showing up odds are that you dont have it installed in the right place

There are three attachments demostrating where I have put the uploads. Please see if you see any flaws.

My problem is that my FedEx install is:

(1) not giving me the Meter ID Number, which FedEx told me will come once set up with the server through Zen Cart.

(2) hence, the FedEx shipping option is not showing up in the shopping cart.

I am not lazy about installation review and code.
I am honestly stumped.

Any observations would be greatly received.

Configuration -> Modules -> Shipping -> FedEx Ground

Ok misunderstanding,

I thought it wasnt showing up in the admin side,

are you sure that you have cURL turned on and if it is on does it need a proxy?
