The Back Button

I have noticed that the "back" button (image) isn't always a back button. It seems to generally take you to the index.php page.

For example, when on index.php?main_page=gv_faq&faq_item=5

BACK will take you back to index.php - not back to where you just came from - for example index.php?main_page=gv_faq

Is there available correction for this?

The back button will usually take you back to the right location unless the navigation becomes befuddled ... when that happens it will revert to the home page ...

We are aware of the fact that sometimes it does this at the most inconvenient of times ...

We hope to have this corrected in a future release to be more intuative and accurate ...

Any suggestions on what to do on these GV FAQ pages? My client is complaining about it. I'm thinking of just "removing it" perhaps from those pages.

Again, it will go to the main page when the navigation cannot put locate where else to go ...

Testing my v1.3.6 ... I go to a category listing ... I go to GV FAQ ... I click through FAQs ... I click back on any and go to category listing ...

Another time ... I do this, navigation gets confused and I go to main page ...

Removing the button is up to you ...

Or hide it if it reads the home page ...
