New pages

I've been trying to add new pages in the tools----->Define Pages Editor

and can't get it to work. surely i just make a new page like "define_msn.php" and place it in the /includes/languages/english/html_includes/classic/ folder like the rest of the pages. I put one in there but it won't show up on the page editor. what am i doing wrong?

there is more to it than just adding 1 file.

have you tried using EZ Pages? they are much easier to create through the admin panel.
