Easy Populate error

I am getting an error when I save my file and when i open the document only some of the data is there, can you help me resolve this issue, the error is

as you see, it says it was downloaded, however when I open it, only a very small amount of the data is there.

First, I would use your Admin section to check Tools > Server info.
Use your Browser's 'find' and look at the settings for: fopen.

If settings are 'ON' then you need to check/change the permission settings for EP -- compare with the information on permissions included with the script package.
