Well for about 6 months now my e-mails from Zen just havent wanted to work right I havent as of yet upgrade to the latest version simply because this is my busiest time of year and there isnt a good time to take the site down....so I am still using the previous version.

Anyway here is my problem....and its an odd one LOL....customers get there Welcome Letter fine and I get a verification of it fine, the Contact Us e-mails work fine, sending a Gift Certificate as a customer through the store works fine, but the "reset passwords" e-mails do not send, my newsletters no longer send, Gift Certificates no longer send or only send out a few and then stop, and sending out Discount Coupons sends some of the time LOL

I have read on here for months...tried to change which way I do it sendmail etc...called and spoke with ipowerweb which is my site host and everywhere I go I get well it isnt on this end. And that may be accurate for all know...it may not be zen or ipower...maybe I did something wrong but I assume not as it did work and now it doesn't....or it wont work and then sometimes it does LOL



Anyone that's up for a challenge and wouldn't mind helping, I would GREATLY appreciate it as I really do need to advertise and at the moment I have resorted to trying to do e-mail to my customers through Outlook Express ACK and it a pain to keep updating it etc not to mention I like being able to send the gift certs etc. and it was a HUGE PLUS for my busines...
