How do I remove prepopulated data?

I just installed Zen Cart, and I was silly and selected the option to have the cart prepopulated with data (I guess the idea was to see how it works...) and now I want it all gone. Can I do it in one fell swoop, or do I have to go through the data with a fine tooth comb and remove it one by one?

Is it easier to reinstall Zen Cart? Help!!

There are three ways:

1. Keep the "demo" area as a testing environment and thus you'll be able to use all the demo data as examples of how to configure various things.
And set up another "live" area for your real site.

or

2. Go to Admin->Catalog->Categories/Products and delete all the categories (products will be deleted with them).
Then contend with minor other items such as many of the attribute option names/values ... keeping or deleting as you desire.

or

3. Re-install without the demo products
