I've been looking aroung the posts in shipping and am not finding what would work. Here's what I need. I'll be using UPS & USPS for US wide locations (got it done)

For MN, SD, ND, IA, IL, WI I need to use a local shipper (I figure I can use zone rates, no problem but that shipper bases it's rates on zones within a range of zip codes and provides a table for it; ie zips from 54601 to 54899 is a zone 3 and then interfaces with another table that displays the price)

For local delivery in the twincities I want to provide free shipping but only limit it to a range of zip codes like stated above 55092 to 55104.

I cannot find a mod out there nor nothing prepackaged with zen. Can anyone help with this or point me in a direction?
