Add email notification for "shipped" status

Hi,
I'm a new Zen cart merchant and I am figuring it all out (slowly!)

My question relates to the email notification that a customer receives after placing an order.
After pending and processing the next notification is "delivered" I want to change this to "shipped" and create a "your order has shipped" email including the shipping tracking #.

How do I do this?

Hi there
Click on the relevant order > edit
Change status to delivered and enter in the comments field any tracking info you want to include then click update. Customer will receive email that order has been shipped and your tracking info.
