I have installed a Privacy Notice text in the footer area. If I desire to have the Privacy Notice "open new window" I get a "page not found" error. If I deselect "open new window" in EZpages my hyperlink functions properly. When EZ pages function is selected the hyperlink URL looks like this:

/store/index.php?main_page=privacy?target="_blank

The ""_blank" in the above is wrong. Is there a way to correct this?
