Can anyone please tell me how to delete the 'logo' from the header?

And either move the sales text below the header_bg image or else delete it completely?

I so totally feel like I need to become an obsessed Zenner ASAP, so that I can finally help some other people out rather than being a drain on the system!!!

Managed to get rid of logo...now for alt text and sales text

\includes\languages\english\your_template around line 22 look for

define('HEADER_SALES_TEXT', '<h1>Sales Message Goes Here</h1>');

remove <h1>Sales Message Goes Here</h1> only leave the two single marks in place ' ' , save file reupload, if this does not work. Post and we will try something else.
