Navigation Bar..Please Help

I was attempting to edit the header navigation bar ( I wanted to move it down ) in stylesheet and it messed up the whole site. I uploaded the back up stylesheet to go back to what it was previously, but it still looks the same.
I am unsure of how to fix it. Help!

you have to edit includes/templates/your template/common/header.php all the alignment is done here.
