Header Navigation Bar.. Please Help

I was attempting to edit the header navigation bar ( I wanted to move it down ) in stylesheet and it messed up the whole site. I uploaded the back up stylesheet to go back to what it was previously, but it still looks the same.
I am unsure of how to fix it. Help!

Also, can the bar be removed? I'd like to create my own.

*Sigh* I've attempted various fixes and nothing seems to work. Am I going to have to reload the whole thing and start over?

Thanks. I made sure it was in there, still nothing. So far nothing has worked. All of the colors have been effected and it looks awful. Looks like I'll be starting over.

This is frustrating. I did a complete uninstall of ZenCart and then a new install, created a new custom template, and it looks exactly the same as it did before I did an uninstall. I didn't edit anything this time though.
