Welcome Letter

I see under Tools in admin there is a welcome letter ...how to I activate it to be sent to new subscribers and can I edit it?

Unless you have changed this it should be enabled....check admin > config > email options > Send E-Mails > set to true.

And there are several other setting that you should check and set if need there. These settings depend on your host mail requirements.

All emails are in the /email folder and can be edited to your liking(HINT: there is also a header.jpg that you can replace with your own)
