Delete Customers?

Can someone tell me how I would be able to delete the entire customer base without deleting the actual database online as it is corrupt and I can not access it?

The database is currently corrupt and I need to copy all of the email addresses if possible, if not it does not matter but I need to be able to delete all of the customer information without being able to gain access to mysql
